Hobby Hound runs hobby-hound.com from Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains what we collect when you shop, make an offer, create an account, or sign up for new-card emails, and what we do with it. We never sell your information.
To process and ship your order, answer your offers and questions, run your account, send the new-card emails you asked for, keep the records tax law requires, and protect the store from fraud and abuse.
Only the companies that help us run the store, and only for that job: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Resend (email delivery), our text-message provider (order alerts to the store owner), and the shipping carrier for your package. We also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps your cart on your own device while you shop, and a random visit ID for the anonymous counts. Stripe and PayPal may set their own cookies on their checkout pages.
New-card emails go only to people who signed up. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply "unsubscribe". Order and account emails are part of your purchase and are not marketing.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, close your account, or stop emails. Nevada residents may also ask us not to sell their information; we do not sell it, but you may still send that request. We answer within 30 days.
This store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
